Who is spying on you...?
What is the greatest threat your computer has from others, when you are using the Internet? Can anyone infiltrate your computer system, without your prior knowledge? Is it possible?
Yes, a Spyware can penetrate in, and obtain information from your computer hard drive, without your approval, or permission; just like my good friend from Enigma Marketing, who never asks permission to gain access to my personal computer, as he does it every time, without my knowledge, when I am out (Laugh). He is fun to be around, really!
Jokes apart; we were on Spyware; yes, activities you do on your computers can be transmitted to other people through Spyware (Malware), as they can monitor what sites you are visiting; after being installed without your permission on your computer, the malevolent software will then continuously tab your daily activities, online; the information will get relayed to others through Internet.
Spyware is not designed usually to harm people by any means, as it is there to monitor and record your behavior and actions on computer, while you are using Internet. Yes, some do it to observe your web search habits (for Advertising); and, when they have realized your web surfing behavior - they are ready to charge you with 'pop-up ads' and other marketing messages, which you may find annoying, often.
Other than using for advertising, pop-ups can also be used to harvest your usernames and passwords, and to change your web-browser settings thereby compromising your financial security - clearly a dangerous situation indeed.
Do you know, if anyone is trying to hack your personal details, or information? If yes, then be cautious, and never download Spyware on your computer, by accident...to keep your sensitive information safe and confidential, always. Beware of Spyware (it does not propagate/replicate on its own, like a virus, but can slow down your Internet connection), if you were unaware of any such computer infiltration.
So, how secure is your computer from Viruses, and Malware? An authorized access to your computer can be grave, as this can harm you...in a different manner, which you perhaps may not know about.
Just imagine a business situation; what if your confidential business information, or other vital business documents are easily accessible to others through Spyware? Can you imagine, what could be the possible outcome of this, ha? Spyware can be annoying, at times...! What do you think?
