Spyware Protection - Every CLICK and DOWNLOAD matters!
One fine day, while I was enjoying my baked cheesecake, and working on an Appco Group report, Steve rang me up; he is my ‘distant’ neighbor.
Yes, 'next-door Steve' was complaining to me about Spyware attacks, "hey - you are not the first one, or alone...", I told him.
True, Spyware attacks are quite common, and one may never know, when they unknowingly download something from a software program.
This is quite natural, and nothing to worry about; but then, what to trust, and what not to, everything it seems is risky: e-mail messages, websites, and the list is endless!
So, when can one know – when one is in dire need of AntiSpyware? Spyware may play hide-and-seek with you, without coming in picture - so, beware! And, if you have been trying to avoid Spyware, then read along...!
Do not EVER download things and avoid clicking ads in between that you do not trust; it is always good to read license agreements, prior you get onto something new; if you are a regular Internet user, always update your system (with respect to new software etc.) and find time to scan it, at times, to stay on a safer side.
And then, my dear Steve - hope you will be alert, from now on, with everything you come across online. Excuse me, let me finish my cuppa and then it’s back to Appco Group report!
