Apps that Spread Malwares

Since malwares are so common on-line, there's always some anti-malwares to prevent it from affecting your accessories. Latest on the line that spreads malwares are the apps used in smartphones. As always there are rivals in any area, it has come that Google's free apps are getting more vulnerable to such malware attacks. Where as their rival, Apple has more security to offer its subscribers.

Google Inc's Android operating system for mobile devices has had an almost sixfold increase in threats such as spyware and viruses since July. This may increase the perception that Apple devices are safer than smartphones and tablets that run on Android. Although, the free apps increases popularity, it gives more risk. It is the same with products offered by many companies , they offer free things to popularise their products, but quality may not be assured.  But when it comes to direct marketing companies like  Sirius Star Marketing, quality assurance is the prime concern. This is the reason behind Apple apps popularity decline, they offer no free downloads.

According datas, most of the growth in Android threats comes from applications, or apps, available from sites not associated with Google's Android Market. Apple doesn't face the same issue because iPhone and iPad owners can only get applications from Apple's App Store, which is controlled by the company. The open nature of the Android system makes it more susceptible to attack and if it's on a third-party site, the fact is that Google can't remove it.

Making malware is easier with Android software because the applications aren't checked, the source code is open and the apps can be sold on external sites. Android is free and available for download by anyone, while Apple screens each application added to its store. With Android growing faster than Apple's system, it appeals to hackers seeking greater reach. Of the thousands of infected Android apps, 55 per cent contain spyware, which can gather data from phone use.
